The hotel has a fabulous setup with nicely designed rooms and great entertainment options, but my stay was clouded by several issues, including rude reception staff and some cleanliness concerns in the room. While the food was delicious and plentiful, I faced problems with the maid service and general reception behavior that significantly affected my experience.
